Decided to try one of the challenges on the Aussie Book Club.. Big Fail!! I have found that I am more inclined to read the books I have on my kindle these days. Easy to take to bed, back light makes it easy to read and of course changing the size of the text :) My first stop is always the local library ebooks (downloaded via the Overdrive app) and then the Amazon Kindle store. BUT I refuse to pay hardback prices for ebooks. I can't pass them on or trade them in (like a paperback), the publisher is saving HEAPS in publication and transport costs so I just can't justify these prices. Anyway, the number of books I read on an aged pension I couldn't afford groceries as well! LOL
